Job Details: We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing and Paid Search Specialist to join our small, highly collaborative in-house Marketing team. This position is full-time remote (we are a virtual company) and the individual must be based in the United States or have US work authorization.

We are searching for a Digital Marketer who is passionate about developing ROI-driven digital marketing strategies. This individual will support our digital lead generation efforts primarily by developing keyword strategies, optimizing Google Ad and PPC campaigns, building and optimizing website and landing pages, and directing future initiatives into unknown and unexplored digital marketing realms.

You will be joining a close-knit, growing, dynamic team. We believe in hiring great people and giving them the opportunities and space to excel. We are looking for a driven, creative, and collaborative individual who is ready and willing to take ownership of our paid search initiatives as well as roll their sleeves up to help the rest of our team with our other digital marketing endeavors.

Salary: Starting at $50,000, depending on experience

Qualifications: Google AdWords Certified
2+ years B2B or SaaS marketing experience
2+ years of PPC account management experience with demonstrable ranking/ROI success

  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
  • Hands-on execution of PPC paid search campaigns and budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive lead generation conversions.
  • Generate actionable insights from data and strategize ways to improve campaign performance (cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, and number of leads)
  • Create and optimize landing pages and webpages for better performance
  • Conduct keyword research, expansion, and optimization
  • Meet deliverable deadlines, while proactively communicating expectations to the rest of the team and company.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, in addition to collaborating with the team on which techniques and strategies are working best and bringing forward ideas for the future.
  • Be willing (and enthusiastic) about assisting our small team in a wide variety of marketing tasks as-needed, from SEO to virtual events and beyond
  • Build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives
