As the Director of Exam Development, Susan Weaver spearheads the Caveon initiative to ensure test security in all phases of an exam’s lifecycle. From a program’s inception to the initial delivery of exams, all the way through a deep dive into the program’s psychometric data, Susan brings over 25 years of experience to the organizations she works with. That experience helps her understand how program challenges differ across teams, departments, organizations, allowing her to tailor solutions to match the needs of each individual testing program.
Susan earned her Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker University.
